- Revised Standard Form 1449 Wage Determination Question and Answers to Pre-solicitiaon conference Revised Moving Services SOW09NWD0072 July 2007 SF-30 Amendment of Solicitation AMENDMENT OF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED NOTICE The General Services Administration, Public Building Services announces an opportunity to procure services of a qualified company to provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform moving and other related services for the White House Complex in Washington, DC.. The period of performance for this contract is for a base period of 1 year with 4-1 year option periods. The total performance period will not exceed five years. Services are expected to commence on or about October 1, 2009. This procurement will be made using a Firm Fixed Price with economic price adjustment for award. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 484210. The revised solicitation is posted with this amendment. The previously issued solicitation is no longer valid and should not be referenced in the future regarding this solicitation. The previously issued SF-1449 is valid and should be used as part of this solicitation. However pages one and two have been revised to reflect current information and change in administration. Offerors must utilize the revise SF-1449, sign your offer as required in block number 30(a) and submit with your proposal. Please see additional instructions on pages 1 and 2 of SF-1449. The previously issued wage determination should not be used. Current wage determination number 2005-2103, revision 8, dated May 26, 2009 is applicable to this solicitation. Acknowledgement of previously issued amendments is not required and should not be submitted with your response. All companies submitting a response to this solicitation must be fully operational and its official location must be within a 25 mile radius of the place of contract performance. All proposals and supporting documents must be received by July 27, 2009, 2:00 p.m. EST. Submit or mail your proposal to GSA, National Capitol Region, Bid Room, 301 7 th Street, S.W., Room 1065, Washington, DC 20407. Proposals received after 2:00 p.m. will not be accepted and will be rejected. This announcement represents the Government's official information on this procurement.
