- The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to issue an Request for Quote (RFQ) for a blanket purchase agreement contract for Supplying and Delivering Various Aggregate Materials to various project locations within approximately 50 miles of Klamath Falls, OR. The various project locations are located in the southern portion of Klamath County, OR, northwest portion of Modoc County, CA, and northeast portion of Siskiyou County, CA. The principal components of the work to be performed under the specifications include the following: 1. Supplying Various gradations of aggregate materials. 2. Deliver aggregate materials to various locations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321 and the related small business size standard is less than 500 people. The estimated cost of this BPA is up to $95,000 per year. This is an unrestricted solicitation and all offers from responsible concerns will be considered. FAR Clause 52.219-4 "Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns" applies. Solicitation R09PS20079 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 7, 2009. The estimated date for receipt of bids is July 13, 2009. The solicitation and specifications must be downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. No paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. In addition, FAR 4.1200 Annual Representations and Certifications, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) apply to this requirement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR and ORCA database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Furthermore, information on ORCA can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov.
