- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government plans to issue a FFP contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the acquisition of the following: Eagle 400 Signal Recorder, P/N: E400280S5, 1 ea; Analog A12 Wideband I/O Module, P/N: EAG/A12, 1 ea; A/D D/A Conv A30, Ext, P/N: EAGA30614, 1 ea; Voice Annotation I/O Module Requires One I/O Slot, P/N: EAG/VA, 1 ea; IRIG-B Time Code I/O Module, P/N: EAG/IRIG/B, 1 ea; Expansion Chassis, P/N: EAGXD0NTSS, 1 ea. Delivery requirements are 60 Days or sooner After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination - Lackland AFB San Antonio TX All equipment must be new, unused and not refurbished. Please quote shipping costs separately or state s! hipping is included in the unit price on your quote. This requirement is BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Please see attached specifications. The Government will no longer accept nor process hard copies of Invoices/Receiving Reports. These documents must be generated electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow-Receipts and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). All packages and shipping papers shall be marked with the order number to permit effective processing and timely payment. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet @www.ccr.gov. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
