Description

Request for Proposal for Mobility Bldg, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS Wage Rate for Mob Bldg, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS THIS IS OPEN TO KS ARMY & AIR NATIONAL GUARD CONTRACTORS ONLY. THIS PROJECT IS DOD DIRECTIVE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THURSDAY, 14 JUL 09, AT 9:00 a.m. Bldg 673, CE Conference Room, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. PROPOSALS ARE DUE TUESDAY, 4 AUG 09 AT 2:00 p.m., Bldg 673, CE Conference Room, Forbes Field, Toeka, KS. Projects consists of an addition to the existing facility Mobility Barn Facility, Forbes Field, Topeka, KS. 1) Repair of the existing Facility consists of a combination office/restroom constructed inside of the existing building, as weel as a 2,500 sf addition to house mobility storage gear. 2) Mechanical systems include gas-fired raidant heaters. Electrical systems consist of normal electrical work for power, voice and data as well as an intrusion detection system for the main portions of the new building. 3) Site work inclues rigid paving security lighting and security cameras, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewers and ungerground electrical and gas services. Drawings & Specifications are available at Topeka Blueprint Office, Topeka, KS.
