- PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND PROJECT DETAILS. Paper copies of the solicitation shall not be issued but electronic copies of the solicitation will be available to download on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about July 21, 2009. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repaint the wood and steel Navy Yard Flag Pole located on the Band Stand in the Charlestown Navy Yard unit of Boston National Historical Park, Boston, MA. Work also includes furnishing and installing four halyards. The Flag Pole has a height of approximately 101 feet and is mounted into the floor of the concrete Band Stand. Construction performance period is 30 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238320, $14.0 million. This solicitation is subject to P.L. 100-656 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition.
