- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah, in accordance with FAR Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and Part 15, "Contracting by Negotiation", has a requirement for Microbiology Testing Services. The term of the proposed contract will be from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 with provisions for four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this solicitation is 621511. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 10, 2009. Receipt of offers will on or about September 1, 2009. Requests for solicitation packages must be in writing and may be faxed to 801-584-2506 or e-mailed to susan.cowin@va.gov. All prospective offerors desiring to submit proposals in response to any Federal Agency must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number at www.dnb.com. There is no cost to obtain this number. Offerors must also register with the Central Contractor Registration Site, at www.ccr.gov.
