- Description
- This solicitation has been Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VAMC) is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number VA256-09-RP-0273 for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision to complete Project 635-09-201 Renovate Human Resources Department (HRD), located at the OU Health Sciences Center, University Hospitals Trust, Garrison Tower, 940 Northeast 13th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73126. Work will consist of remodeling the existing leased space located in the Second Floor of the building. Area of construction is approximately 6,150 square feet. Work will consist of general demolition of the existing spaces and construction of new offices, storage areas, kitchenette, and entry porch to include mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Applicable NAICS Code is 236220 Alteration and Renovation of Commercial and Institutional Building. Construction estimate is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available approximately July 17, 2009. A Bid Guarantee is required and must be submitted with the bid offer. Failure to furnish the required bid guarantee in the proper form and amount by the time of submission will require rejection of the bid in all cases except those listed in FAR 28.101-4, and may be cause for rejection even then.
