Opening-07/28/2009 @03:00 PM Begin Contract Date - 09/01/2009 End Contract Date - 03/31/2014 For Mail Service Between City, St – Louisa, KY City, St –Keaton, KY Annual Hours – 2,803 Annual Miles – 40,550.7 Box Count - 343 Attachment labeled " Forms Contractor must Complete and Return" will need the above information and be fully completed by the contractor. Completed forms will need to be sent to the following address; EASTERN AREA OFFICE SOLICITATION NO. 150-118-09 5315 CAMPBELLS RUN RD PITTSBURGH PA 15277-7070 Contractor must make sure to include the Solicitation number in the address.
