Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics is conducting a market research for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); 8a; Hubzone and Small Businesses to determine the ability and capability of meeting the government's needs for companies who are in the business of automatic doors service, maintenance and installation. Please respond to this email ONLY if you are capable and well experienced in providing "Preventive Maintenance and Installation on Automatic Doors System" to other facilities similar to the VA New Jersey Healthcare System - East Orange Campus. 51% or greater percentage of "Preventive Maintenance and Installation on Automatic Doors System" services must be provided by the awardee. You must advise how many "technicians" are employed within your company. The successful contractor shall provide the services of a customer service representative as a direct point of contract for this service requirement on a regular basis to deal with problems and monitor quality assurance of required services. Any emergency calls to the contractor shall be returned within two (2) hours. In your response include information about your company and prior experiences in this field and also indicate if you have prior experience with VA hospitals. Applicants must demonstrate at least five years of specialized experience of providing required services, preferred if the applicant had provided same or similar services to other VA Medical Centers throughout the United States. Provide a minimum of three "REFERENCES" for same or similar services. This contractor will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective preventive maintenance.
