Description

Specifications and Delivery Information Terms and Conditions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement if for the request of proposals and to notifiy offerors that this award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) wishes to procure emergency preparedness Go-Kits. Attachment 1 contains information on what should be included in the kits as well as the delivery information and required proposal information. The closing date for receipt of proposals is July 10th, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The contract type intended for this procurement is a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 624230 (Emergency and Other Relief Services). All responsible sources may submit a proposal referencing 10-09-423 (Emergency Preparadness Go-Kits) by the solicitation due date. All questions and emails shall be emailed to matthew.bucher@nrc.gov no later than 3:00 P.M. EST, on July 3rd. The closing date will not be extended for the purpose of responding to questions received after that date.
