- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0357 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, Defense Circular Number 20090115, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 325211. 0001 - BARRICADE PORTABLE 426-POSITIE LOCK 42X6; Color: DT, or equal (Qty 225) 0002 - EMERGENCY RESPONSE UNIT, or equal (Qty 1) Emergency Response Unit Includes: 1. 16' Long Trailer includes following: a. All metal custom built trailer, b. Two 3500 pound axles with electric brakes on both axles, c. Ramps for loading / unloading Barricades, d. Includes both Pintle and Ball (2-5/16) Hitch, e. Rear Work lights (rear trailer frame mounted) controlled by toggle switch. 2. 12 - 18 inch Traffic Cones with reflective collars. 3. 12 - 42 inch tall x 6 ft long Positive Lock Barricades. 4. 12 - 3 ft Dragon Tooth Barricades. 5. 2 - 1500 Watt telescoping Halogen lights. 6. 3.5 KW Generator. 7. 2 Roles of Yellow Police Tape. 8. Polyethylene Storage box. 0003 - BARRICADE PORTABLE 31X10; Color: DT (Qty 50) Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PTR4 - 305 RQS/DOJ, 5020 E ARIZOLA ST, BLDG 1631 Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
