- This opportunity was solicited on the GSA e-Buy website. This is one of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) against GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS Code 541620. The BPAs will provide Environmental Conservation Support Services for Cultural, Natural, and NEPA projects initiated for the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron on Vandenberg Air Force Base. Task Orders awarded against the BPAs will either be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) or Time and Materials (T&M) depending on the individual requirements. The three (3) BPA holders will compete for each task order up to the maximum shared capacity of $9,000,000.00. There is no limit of the number of task orders that may be executed, but in no case shall the sum of all task orders executed exceed $9,000,000.00.
