- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division requires and intends to procure on a sole source basis with Cameron Compression Systems for the reconditioning and restoration of Cameron rotor assemblies under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Only One Source Reasonable Available. A firm fixed-price purchase order will be awarded on or about July 9, 2009, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes (RFQ) and a RFQ will not be issued. However, if an interested party has reason to believe it can meet or exceed this requirement they may submit sufficient documentation to support their claim of capability by July 9, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
