Description
Solicitation W90WH9-09-T-0017 This the solicitation for the acquisition of commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 5.207. The Solicitation number is W90WH9-09-T-0017. This announcement provides the solicitation for all potential offerors. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The Task Force for Business and Stability Operations in Iraq is in need of office, conference, and living accommodations in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. The contractor shall provide all resources, personnel, equipment and management necessary to provide all services on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The contractor will provide and manage living, conference, and office space in a villa environment within the International Zone. Joint Contracting Command-Iraq is soliciting for the Villa II Office, Conference, and Living Accommodations. The contractor must possess the specific skills and knowledge along with operational expertise and experience as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 12 June 2009. JCCI is contemplating a six (6) month Base Period Firm-Fixed Price contract with two (2) Six Month Option Periods. The location of the required service needs to be within sufficient proximity to current TFBSO facilities in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq (email the POC requesting the locations grid coordinates). Potential offerors are to review the SF1449 which includes the Performance Work Statement, Instructions to Offerors, Evaluation Criteria, and applicable provisions and clauses. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 and Addendum to 52.212-1. Proposals that do not comply may be considered unacceptable. Proposals shall be evaluated in strict accordance with FAR 52.212-2. All proposals are due on or before 11:00 AM Baghdad, Iraq local time on 7 July 2009 to both the POCs identified in this notice. Late offers may be considered unacceptable.
