- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Scott Hawkins, Contracts Specialist, email: scott.hawkins1@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0584AX, NOUN: Seat, Aircraft, NSN: 1680-01-108-0558; P/N: 70500-02151-045, UH-60 Airframe, Quantity: 712 each on a restricted firm fixed-price five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with deliveries to Tracy, CA applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Required delivery with First Article is 712 each, 413 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and up to 712 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 712 each, 275 DACA and up to 712 each year thereafter until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to: Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286); Cyclone Aviation Products, Inc. (CAGE: S5503) and C.R. Daniels Incorporated (CAGE: 15814) because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. VIOLATIONS OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES. STABLE BASE DRAWING - A COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD)/TAGGED IMAGE FILE (TIF) IS INCLUDED IN THIS TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE. IF YOU REQUIRE A DIMENSIONALLY ACCURATE MYLAR PLOT OF THIS IMAGE, YOU MUST CONTACT A CERTIFIED PRODUCER. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, REPRODUCTION SHOULD BE MADE BY THE VENDOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIGITAL IMAGE CREATION. CONSULT THE CAD/TIF DOCUMENT TO DETERMINE IF THE CERTIFIED PRODUCER IS IDENTIFIED. IN CERTAIN MISSILE SYSTEMS AND SOME AVIATION SYSTEMS EZEKIEL IPM @678-281-0139 HAS BEEN CERTIFIED AS A PRODUCER. AMCOM DOES NOT PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE SOFTWARE TO VIEW THESE FILES OR TO UTILIZE THEM IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. HOWEVER, A 200 DOTS PER INCH (DPI) RASTER IMAGE WITH VIEWER IS ENCLOSED FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES.
