Description
In addition to seeking information regarding all potential sources, we request respondents indicate your organizational size classification. In your submission, please identify whether your firm is a small business; HUBZone small business; service-disabled; veteran-owned small business; 8(a) small business; veteran-owned small business; woman-owned small business; or a small disadvantaged business in order to determine the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. In reviewing the capability statements the following will be considered to understand qualifications of your firm: 1) Demonstrate background or experience in working with the field of bioethics so that they have the understanding needed to: acquire unique bioethics materials; select and index non- journal materials as defined; seek out and create a listing of bioethics collections in U.S.; and create a bioethics web site geared to the needs of the general public. 2) The respondent would have experience in library and information and technical services so that they show the capabilities to address tasks 1 and 2. 3) The respondent would show web site experience to meet the needs of task 4.
