- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that award was made under Contract N40085-09-D-5341-0008 in the amount of $6,274,035.00 to North State Mechanical, Inc. of Jacksonville, NC. This task order award is made in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 - Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, Paragraph 16.505. Summary of Project Scope: The work to be performed under this contract provides complete interior and exterior repairs to include new layouts, HVAC systems, electrical and fire protection systems, removal of lead and asbestos and incidental related work.
