Description
RECOVERY - QYZH080007 - Repair Dining Facility, Fac. 2316 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, intends to issue a competitive set-aside for 100% Small Business concerns, as authorized under FAR Part 19 for a construction contract to Repair one (1) building at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Mountain Home, Idaho. This building is the Lodging Facility (Building 2318). The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is in the range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Work will be at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Mountain Home, Idaho. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposals (RFP), and a firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated as a result of this procurement. The solicitation will include a detailed list of Evaluation Factors, including any Sub factors or Elements, and will provide instructions for Proposal Requirements and the Basis for Award. Any changes to Evaluation Factors will be issued by amendment. This project is open to Small Businesses only. The issued solicitation, including any amendments, shall establish the due date and time for receipt of proposals. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. This requirement will be a Low Price Technically Acceptable selection (FAR 15.101-2) and will include price and non-price evaluation factors. The solicitation documents for this project will be available on or about 22 May 2009 via FedBizOpps.gov (https://www.fbo.gov/) under the solicitation number.
