- THIS IS AN EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. THIS RFP IS OPEN ONLY TO EMERGING SMALL BUSINESSES. AWARD WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THE SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work: The project consists of removing portions of four (4) existing asphalt driveways, excavate gravel fill, prepare sub-grade for aggregate, bituminous asphalt pavement, and seal coat each driveway, both newly placed and existing asphalt. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITEa. The site of the work is at the Jackson National Fish Hatchery, located 4 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming on U.S. Highway 89.b. Prospective offerors may inspect the site by making arrangements with the Project Manager at Jackson National Fish Hatchery. The name and phone number will be listed in the solicitation. The estimated magnitude of construction is under $30,000.00. The NAICS code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the small business size standard is $33.5 Million. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on/or about June 30, 2009, with an anticipated closing date of July 22, 2009. Copies of the Request for Proposal, specifications and drawings can be obtained at http://www.fbo.gov once available for issuance.
