Description

Draft Ordering Procedure. The Government is taking another look at this process and will submit new guidelines in the future. Formula used for calculating 90 day rolling Past Performance Suggested Carrier provided monthly reports. Proposed Jones Act Evaluation Criteria Formula Submit RDC-5 questions, comments, etc.. using this form. Proposed Jones Act Preference Document Slides distributed at the Industry IPT meeting 25 June 2009 The RDC-5 Industry IPT was held 24 Jun 2009 at Scott AFB. The RDC-5 Performance Work Statement as well as the various handouts attached were discussed. Carriers were asked to read over the materials presented and provide comments, however, carriers were advised all information provided at the IPT are still in a draft status. Carrier questions were answered during the IPT, however, carriers were advised to submit all questions in writing so written responses can be provided. Attached is a document to be used to submit comments, suggestions and questions regarding RDC-5. Ensure adequate information is provided so comments can be thoroughly addressed. Responses will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities and will not identify which individual carrier posed the question. Responses to questions may be consolidated if they are overlapping and/or duplicative. Questions must be submitted via e-mail to carla.diamond@ustranscom.mil and brita.dorsey@ustranscom.mil, no later than 8 July 12:00 pm CST. All questions must be submitted in writing.
