Description: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide Perpetual Data Rights to the subscribed-to content on the mutually agreed-upon electronic medium and format should the subscription not be renewed or terminate for any reason. The right to perpetual use of the subscribed-to journal content will survive the termination of the contract for any reason. The period of performance will be for a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods.
