- Description
- IQC 09153009058, NSN 1615-01-496-1860, Detector, Metallic. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is a “source controled item.” The only approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft and Eaton Aerospace. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option Year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=75 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=75, O=75 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=452, O=602 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=301, O=301. The required delivery schedule is 116 days ARO, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at destination. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available on DIBBS on July 8, 2009.
