Description
Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to provide clarifications and answers to the questions received by offerors. The offeror’s proposal is due on 6 July 2009 at the Defense Support Center at Ft Belvoir 3:00 PM local time. An extension to turn in proposals at a later time will not be permitted. Any other questions about the proposal may be asked during the negotiation phase of the procurement.

Place of Performance
Address: The services are to be performed in the following locations in Afghanistan:, 1) Bagram Red Star Facility - There are two (2) meters on the Red Star to Bagram P/L which belong to the USG. The other meter is located at the Red Star facility (start of PL) and the other at the connection of the RS-USG property line (where the USG portion of the PL starts)., 2) BAGRAM ARMY METERS: There are 204 meters throughout forward locations in, Afghanistan (locations are classified) that require calibration. These meters will be transported (at US Government cost/responsibility) to Bagram AB or Kabul DFSP for the, contractor to pick-up for calibration and/or repair., 3) BAGRAM AIR BASE: There are 108 meters totally inside the Bagram Base and include, meters used for tank truck receipts and issues that will require calibration., Afghanistan
