- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912KC09B0008. Construct the project entitled RTS MULTI-PURPOSE TRAINING FACILITY at the Fort Indiantown Gap Air National Guard Base, Annville, Pennsylvania. The project consists of the construction of an approximately 3,960 SF, single story structure consisting of administrative & classroom space. Proposed construction of this facility will consist of reinforced concrete footings, foundation and floor slab, standing seam metal roof, masonry veneer with light gage steel framed walls and associated utility connections and site work. The estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated solicitation issue date is 30 June 2009. Estimated proposal due date is 30 July 2009. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The contract will be awarded under Sealed Bid Procedures specified in the solicitation. This project is being procured on a restricted basis in accordance with the Competitiveness Demonstration Program. It is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The HUBZONE preference IAW FAR 19.1307 applies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210 and the Size Standard for Small Businesses is $28.5 million annual receipts for the past 3 years. The solicitation package will be issued via the web site only. All amendments, site visit minutes and questions will be posted on the web. There is no charge for the solicitation, plans and specifications, which will be available at the following internet site: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. Prime contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration: http://www.ccr.gov/ to be eligible for award. There will be a pre-proposal conference and site visit tentatively scheduled for 7 July 2009. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend and should contact USPFO for Pennsylvania Contracting Office at: Denise.Keim@us.army.mil via email not later than 6 July 2009 to ensure installation entry at the main gate. Information required for clearance will be provided in the solicitation.
