Description

Project consists of reconstruction work on 2.15 miles of Forest Service road 4795 (Diamond Lake Loop – East) on the Diamond Lake Ranger District, Umpqua National Forest, in Douglas County, Oregon. The reconstruction work includes an asphalt overlay, crack sealing, placement of GlasGrid© reinforcement, full depth patch areas, raising manhole covers, striping and painted traffic markings. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. The project is located approximately 80 miles east of Roseburg, OR on State Highway 138 at the junction of Highway 138 and Forest Service Road 4795, where the project begins. Price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This proposed procurement is a Total HUBZone Business set aside per FAR 19.1305. The solicitation will be a Request For Proposal (RFP) requiring both a price and technical proposal responding to the evaluation criteria as shown in the solicitation. Solicitation will be available for downloading from this website on or about July 7, 2009. Estimated start work date is September 8, 2009, and must be completed by September 30, 2009.
