RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FACILITIES REPAIR/RENEWAL PROGRAM (FRR). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE TO THE FOLLOWING UNRESTRICTED CONTRACTORS ONLY: W912DY-08-D-0032, INNOVATIVE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS, W912DY-08-D-0033, VT GRIFFIN SERVICES, AND W912DY-08-D-0034, JOHN J. KIRLIN SPECIAL PROJECTS. The project is located at the Cordell Hull Natural Resource Managers Office and Visitors Center, Cordell Hull Lock and Dam, Tennessee. The purpose of this project is to replace the Cordell Hull Natural Resource Manager's Office and Display Area facility that was destroyed in a fire late in 2008. The facility serves as a visitors center, interpretative center and offices for the natural resource staff in the Cordell Hull Dam area. Cordell Hull Dam is a major dam and Powerhouse located near Carthage, TN on the Cumberland River. The lake and adjacent US Army Corps of Engineers properties are used for a variety of purposes, including public recreation.
