- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Project 568-09-206 Lab Air Handling Unit at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. This project will replace the existing air handling system serving the Lab area on fourth floor of the hospital. The Lab area is approximately 6,000 square feet. The air handling unit serving Lab is located in the penthouse located above the Lab. The Construction estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing. Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. Plans and specifications will be available approximately March 20, 2009. Requests for the bidding documents must be in writing addressed to the attention of the Contracting Officer. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for the bidding documents. Checks or money orders are to be made out to the attention of the "Agent Cashier" but forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Srpings, SD. Bid opening has been scheduled for April 20, 2009 at 3:00pm local Mountain Standard time. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
