Description
THIS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing the following services: 1) Travel audits, 2) International travel support and 3) Travel card support. BACKGROUND: The OCC is a non-appropriated federal financial regulatory agency with approximately 2,850 permanent employees in 100 cities nationwide. OCC employees are located in offices throughout the contiguous United States with the majority of employees located in Washington, DC. The OCC also has 5 employees located in London, England. The Office of Management is responsible for ensuring OCC employees are in compliance with rules and regulations of the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and that the employees are also using the Travel Expense Reporting System (TERS) correctly. In order to perform these functions the OCC is requesting the following information: 1.Does your organization have employees that are certified as Passport Acceptance Agents? 2.Can your organization provide on-site support in the Washington, DC metropolitan area? 3.Is your support staff trained or has experience with FTR and auditing vouchers? 4.Please provide a list of past performance references for travel support services (telephone, email and organization). All parties capable of providing these services are invited to submit information that includes company name, address, contact name, and telephone number, capability statement, and responses to the questions above. The capability statement should include an executive summary, GSA Schedule information (if applicable), DUNS number, and type of business and size. The Government will not pay for information received and will not provide feedback to the sender. No award will be made based on this synopsis. Requests for copies of a solicitation and/or telephone calls will not be accepted. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. Responses MUST be submitted via email to Brett.Blake@occ.treas.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. June 30, 2009. The subject line of the submission should be “OCC Travel Support Services Information”.
