PR: 0022707942 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-1180 NSN: 1620-01-161-8354 Item: Draglink Assembly, part number 4091001-3, SH-64B Helicopter. Quantity: 37 each Solicitation issue date: July 8, 2009 Solicitation closing date: August 7, 2009 This solicitation UNRESTRICTED for a Definite Quantity Contract to an approved source. The approved source is: HTD Aerospace (33068). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is also Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources.
