Description

This acquisition is for (25) Variable Rate Tables and (25) Rate Table Calibration Kits, manufactured by Ideal Aerosmith, Inc to support the MV-22 and CV-22 aircraft platforms. The Variable Rate Table, is used at the intermediate level of maintenance to functionally check the pitch rate of the Cockpit Interface Unit(CIU) of the V-22 aircraft. This Rate Table is used as a Test Program Set(TPS) in conjunction with the Navy's Consolidated Automated Support System(CASS) to perform functional end-to-end testing of the CIU and to verify ready-for-issue status. The calibration kit is used in conjunction with the variable rate table for specific calibration of the Rate Table itself. it shall be 230Vac and contains 16 line slip rings.
