- THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON JUNE 22, 2009. Pr Number: IQC06166009003 FSC: 5305 and 5307Nomenclature: Screws and Studs RFP Due Date: 11/27/06 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional one year periods. The NSNs are screws and studs. This procurement is for 15 Core Items and there may be items added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5305-00-832-9849. Items are high frequency part numbered items. FSC 5305 and 5307. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Required Delivery is:120 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of Past Performance being more important than Price. Trade Agreements Act applies.
