- Description
- The work includes furnishing labor, materials and equipment for complete renovation of building 923. The work will include new and upgraded interior finishes, doors and windows. The exterior work includes repairs to the existing brick and replacement of exterior windows and doors to conform to UFC-04-010-01 Standards. Project shall provide repairs to improve the air quality and ventilation throughout the building, repair walls and replace ceramic tile and fixture accessories at head, and lavatory areas, replace toilet stalls with solid plastic type stalls, replace carpeting and flooring in administrative areas, paint interior finishes, replace window screens, upgrade windows to new AT/FP standards, replace electrical panels and associated conductors, replace doors and hardware, provide security lighting for exterior areas and parking area, repair exterior brick and concrete, scrape and paint all lintels above openings and repair and caulk all expansion joints. Building will be occupied during performance of work. Work is located at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC. This project is 100% HUBZone set-aside.
