Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency’s Potter County Office in Coudersport, PA, is interested in leasing approximately 2,680 rental square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,425 ANSI/BOMA to a maximum of 2,600 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality office space and 13 paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be within these boundaries; to the North bound by Route 49 and Avenue B, to the East bound by 872 and Route 6, to the South bound by Dutch Hill Road and Mill St, The West Bound by Toles Hollow and Route 6. First floor space is preferred. TERM: The term of the lease will be ten (10); 5 years firm with one five (5) year renewal option. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy of space is required by September 30, 2009. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. 2. Rentable square feet offered and expected rental rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included). 3. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) and Common Area Factor. 4.
