PR Number(s): FD2030-09-816484. NOUN: SERVOCYLINDER ASSEMBLY5. NSN: 1650-00-396-0537HS6. P/N: 032-71695-17. Applicable to: F-15 AIRCRAFT 8. Description: NEW MANUFACTURED MATERIAL - SURPLUS NOT AUTHORIZED: A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. The items, estimated quantities and required deliveries are as follows: CLIN 0001 - SERVOCYLINDER ASSEMBLYDimensions: 7.875 in. long X 3.00 in wide X 9.50 in. high; Weight 5.00 lbs.Material: AluminumFunction: This item consists of a hydraulic boom actuator driving the unit pitch output.Destination: B FB2039THE GOVERNMENT IS REQUESTING A MULTI-YEAR PROPOSAL UNDER LINE ITEM 0001. BEQ's ARE ESTIMATED AS FOLLOWS: BASIC YEAR = 4 FIRST OPTION = 1, SECOND OPTION = 1.THIS IS THE GOVERNMENT'S PREFERENCE. IF UNABLE TO QUOTE UNDER LINE ITEM 0001 FOR A MULTI-YEAR REQUIREMENT, PLEASE QUOTE UNDER LINE ITEM 0002 FOR A QUANTITY RANGE OF 1-4-6, SUBJECT TO REVALIDATION. 9. To: MOOG INC: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Qualification Requirements, QR's, do apply. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 10. Export Control: NO 11.
