- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed action will be a task order issued against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity A/E Contract for GSA Region 6 (GS06P07GYD0060). The contractor is Shaughnessy, Fickel & Scott Architects, Inc., 1150 Grand Boulevard, Suite 400, Kansas City, MO, 64106. The FSC Code is C211, NAICS Code 541310 and the size standard is $4,500,000. The amount of the original Delivery Order was $13,302 for pre-design. The amount of this modification to the original Delivery Order is approximately $192,536. The design work to be delivered under this delivery order modification includes, but is not limited to: design, bidding documents and management and inspection services for the replacement of several AHU's throughout the building, new high-efficiency hot water boilers, replacement of chiller with new high-efficiency off-hours/part-load chiller and upgrade of controls at the U.S. Courthouse, 401 North Market Street, Wichita, KS 67202.
