- Solicitation - ANCDF-RFQ-WA9-2190 Provide all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with this document and the Convert Circuits in Lab Room 149 Engineering Work Package (AN-1659-ECP/WO#338249). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Electrical: 1. Coordinate all power outages with LAB personnel and RE in order to minimize lost work time and processing of samples by LAB personnel. Electrical Work items 6.2 thru 6.8 should be performed during the same power outage of 8 hours or less in order to restore power to panelboard LAB-PANB-102 (B) and the Agent Monitor Support Area 36-149 as soon as possible. 2. Disconnect existing power cable P-4102 from LAB-MCC-101 Compartment 2K as shown on WA. Sketches SK05-AN-12-E-1-1-SC and SK02-AN-12-E-16-SC. 3. Relocate existing (480 VAC) 125 Amp circuit breaker from LAB-MCC-101 Compartment 2K to LAB-MCC-103 Compartment 3I and rearrange MCC compartment doors as shown on WA Sketches SK05-AN-12-E-1-1-SC and SK02-AN-12-E-16-SC. Appropriate PPE as identified in SAF-2.16 shall be worn while relocating this MCC breaker and WA procedure SAF-2.25 shall be followed. 4. Reconnect existing power cable P-4102 to LAB-MCC-103 Compartment 3I as shown on WA. Sketches SK05-AN-12-E-1-1-SC and SK02-AN-12-E-16-SC. 5. Install new 3 poles 100 Amp Circuit Breaker in existing Panelboard LAB-PANB-102 (B) circuits 38, 40 & 42 to feed the new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) as shown on WA Sketch SK02-AN-12-E-7-2-SC. 6. Install a new 100 Amp Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) with associated circuit breakers in LAB Corridor 36-156 as shown on WA Sketches SK19-AN-12-E-2-SC & SK01-AN-12-E-9010-SC. 7. Core drill concrete floor and install new 1 ½" conduit in crawl space below floor from existing Panelboard LAB-PANB-102 (B) to new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) as shown on WA sketches SK19-AN-12-E-2-SC. 8. Install new cable number P-9056 from existing Panelboard LAB-PANB-102 (B) to new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) in conduit and terminate on both ends. See Attachment "A" (Electrical Cable Schedule) for cable type and size, from and to equipment, power plans, connection diagrams and routing. 9. Core drill concrete floor and install ten new ¾" conduits in crawl space below floor from new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) to each new receptacle installed in Agent Monitor Support Area 36-149. 10. Core drill concrete floor and install ten new ¾" conduits in crawl space below floor from new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) to each new receptacle installed in Agent Monitor Support Area 36-149. These ten ¾" conduits may be combined into a larger common conduit at the contractors discretion if they are installed per the NEC and have the approval of the RE. 11. Install 3-1/C #12 AWG Cu wires (1- H-Black, 1-N-White, and 1-G-Green) in each new ¾" conduit and terminate at each receptacle and at the corresponding circuit breaker in the new Panelboard LAB-PANB-900-SC (M) as shown on WA Sketches SK23-AN-12-E-3-SC & SK01-AN-12-E-9010-SC. General: 1. All testing and inspections to ensure that the final installation performs as designed.
