- Description
- The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command intend to award a contract on an other than full and open competitive basis for Imagine Maintenance and Support. The anticipated award will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to only one responsible source, ERDAS Inc. Norcross, GA. ERDAS Inc. is the sole manufacturer that possesses the ability for manufacturing, distributing, and providing maintenance for this software. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 3 days from the date of this posting.
