Description: The Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 4, Atlanta, Georgia, contemplates issuing a solicitation and award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract using Far part 14 - Sealed Bidding to CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL THREE (3) TIDE GATES AT THREE (3) LOCATIONS (Outfall, Lake Landing, and Waupoppin Canal water control structures), Matamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge, Swan Quarter, NC. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Performance shall be in accordance with the specifications, attachments, and drawings provided with the solicitation and any amendments thereto. NACIS CODE IS 237110. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government anticipates performance time of 100 calendar days to complete the project. The anticipated award date is on or about August 5, 2009. The IFB will be issued and awarded using Electronic Commerce (EC).
