Description
Solicitation is for NSN 2840-01-143-1884 / IQC09153009051, part number 5031T28P02 General Electric Company and B W Elliott Manufacturing. An Export Control Tech Data package is available for this NSN. Regulations and distribution is limited to those contractors qualified through JCP certification. To apply for certification, complete DD form 2345, "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement." form is available at the World Wide Web address http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp or by writing to:. United States/Canada Joint Certification Office Defense Logisitics Information Service Federal Center 74 Washington Ave, North Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 Contracts will be awarded only to those contractors with JCP certification issued prior to an award. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Mimimum Quantity- Base Period only 195 each, Minimum Order Quantity- Base and Option Periods 195 each; Maximum Contract Quantity- Base and Option Periods 1166 each; Estimated Annual Quantity- Base and Option Periods 777 each. The requested delivery schedule is 105 days after receipt of order. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. See notes 1 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is June 30, 2009.
