- Domestic Professional/Technical, General Administrative, and Medical/Scientific Support Services A solicitation will be issued to provide the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with an as-needed mechanism to obtain various Professional/Technical, Medical/Scientific and General Administrative Support Services for a variety of tasks, studies, and projects to be performed for CDC throughout the United States. The services ordered under this contract shall service the Global Aids Program (GAP), Coordinating Office for Global Health (COGH) and other Centers, Institutes and Offices (CIOs) that need domestic services to support international activities. A DRAFT Statement of Work is attached for informational purposes. CDC intends to issue multiple awards as a result of solicitation 2009-N-11318. It is anticipated that the resulting contracts will be five (5) year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts. Request for Proposal (RFP), 2009-N-11318, will be posted on www.fbo.gov on or about July 15, 2009. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will also be made at the same website. This is an 8(a) competitive requirement. The NAICS Codes for this proposed procurement are 541611, 561110, and 541712. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The scheduled solicitation due date will be approximately thirty (30) days after the posting of the solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. No telephone calls will be accepted. All questions and answers will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. The response cut-off date for questions will be posted in the solicitation.
