- The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command is seeking a contractor to perform analysis in accordance with Executive Orders and Intelligence Oversight provisions of Army Regulation AR 381-10, U.S. Army Intelligence Activities. The uses of biometrics will include identification, verification, surveillance, and forensics, providing both positive and negative identification. The services expected are: Program Management, Intelligence Analysis and Reporting, Forensics Support, Translation Support. Specific Tasks include Enterprise Management Controls: Preparation of a Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources and management controls. Cost/Schedule Status Reporting. Analysis: Perform intelligence analysis and reporting on the biometric matches. In addition to standard intelligence reporting, the contractor shall generate Biometric Intelligence Analysis Reports using the Automated Identification Management Support (AIMS) System. The contractor shall monitor intelligence analysis results to support management reporting. Forensic Support: Provide forensic evidence collectors, specifically crime scene photographers and latent fingerprint collectors, processors, and analysts. Collector and photographer positions will be in Afghanistan and Iraq. Deliverables would be Digitized latent fingerprints, Digitized photos, Production Statistics for a monthly status report. Translation Support: Perform translations of documents originating in the Middle East, Southern and Eastern Asia. The contractor shall provide translation production statistics as input to the Monthly Status Report.
