Description: Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), managing contractor of the Savannah River Site for the Department of Energy, solicits companies interested in supplying a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Air Emmission Inventory software product that is capable of processing 35 years of data from 3500 emissions sources, and 1300 emission points performing complex emissions calculations including radionuclide pollutants for each emission source or emission point. Vendor will also be responsible for implementation services that migrate up to 20 years of existing data, establish time stamped emissions calculations, provide connection software to other databases that feed an existing air emissions database and incorporate greenhouse gas emission calculations to meet the US Environmental Protection Agency mandated January 1, 2010 deadline. It is anticipated that the software will be Oracle or SQL based.
