Description

The following are questions and answers from the site visit that was held on 11 June 2009: Q. What type of internet connection / speed will be available? A. The government will not provide any internet connection. Q. When will on-site or on-call personnel need to be available? A. We require the rental agency satelite center to be fully manned (whatever that number may be)during the following dates: - 1 Jul - 8 Jul - 12-18 Jul - 25-26 Jul All other dates not listed above will require someone to be here from 0800-2000 and have an emergency contact number for after duty hours. This is subject to change as Flight schedules change. Q. Where will the vehicles be inspected? A. Vehicle inspections will be done in the Vehicle Ops compound. Q. Will there be more lighting available at the vehicle ops yard? A. The government will provide more lighting upon request. Q. To address paragraph 8 of the SOW, will any security be provided for the vehicles? A. Security will provided for the vehicles within the Vehicle Ops compound. Q. Are there any alternatives for the 12 and 15 pax vans? A. These vehicles may be replaced with other vehicles so long as they equal the 12 or 15 passengers.
