Description
The Army Contracting Command Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center onbehalf of the Program Manager for Improvised Explosive Defeat/ Protect Force, is seeking sources for the provision of contractor logistics support for the family of PM IEDD/PF systems deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Interested respondents should include information that answers the following questions in a white paper format: 1. Do you have a specialized experience providing contractor logistics support to the entire family of PM IEDD/PF systems deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. 2. What delivery schedule would you be able to sustain and at what quantity levels (e.g. max personnel that could be deployed within 30 days of contract award for the duration of the contract period working in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait under field conditions; three (3) personnel within 30 days of contract award for the duration of the contract for CONUS support staff; etc.)? 3. What level of expert knowledge (provide resumes) does your proposed labor force possess, specific to the family of PM IEDD/PF systems? 4. Do you have the ability, in-house or sub-contracted, to procure replacement parts for the suite of PM IEDD/PF family of systems deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan? Additionally if a respondent has experience providing contractor logistics support of at least 50 personnel to U.S military forces deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, please include additional information, including pictures if possible, to assist the Government in evaluation of the current market conditions for a service contract of this nature. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
