- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT Stanley Chan, Electronics Engineer, (732) 532-1862 DESC This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for NSN 5985-01-558-8413 Waveguide Assembly and NSN 5985-01-557-1208 Window, Waveguide Assembly. These items are the spare parts of the AS-4429D/TSC Large Aperture Multi-Band Deployable Antenna (LAMDA). LAMDA is the upgraded version of the AS-4429/TSC Lightweight High-Gain X-Band Antenna (LHGXA) and is manufactured by the Harris Corporation. These items are only defined by Advanced Microwave Components, Inc. part numbers (AMCFS-206-CO/CO-3A-SM for NSN 5985-01-558-8413 and AMC-PW202-G/G-A for NSN 5985-01-557-1208) and National Stock Numbers. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of these items are NOT available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate in writing to: Commander, U.S. ARMY CECOM LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-TM (Stanley Chan), Building 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. Response via electronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable. The response MUST include documentation such as test results, test procedures for these items, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source or the source of the LAMDA, Harris Corporation demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LAMDA Antenna. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended the Army and that it will be delivered on time.
