- Description
- Project: KYJM 06-9047 Repair Water System Leaks, Appurtenances, and Compliance Issues. The work covered under this project shall be performed on Homestead ARB, FL, and shall consist of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all plant, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations in connection with the work associated in performing demolition and restoration, materials, installations, and procedures required to repair water system leaks, appurtenances, and compliance issues to various buildings. The acquisition shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price type contract to the bidder. This solicitation is 100% set aside for HUB Zone certified business firms, all others will be deemed non responsive. The North American Industry Classification is 238220 and magnitude of construction threshold is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 120 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to the time of award. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about 1 June 2009. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted on this website http://www.fedbizopps.gov) and all prospective offerors are responsible to visit this site frequently to obtain this or any other information pertinent to this acquisition. Pre-bid site visit will be held on or about 9 June 2009 at 9:00 on Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL, in building 360.
