Commercial Item, nylon duck fabric, 7.25 oz, camo-green for use in manufacturing canteen covers for sale to Defense Logistics Agency (DSCP Philadelphia). A 2 year contract with 2 Option years is anticipated (Requirements type Firm Fixed Price with an EPA clause). Acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. Finished goods to be manufactured at Bureau of Prisons FCI Ray Brook, NY facility. Delivery terms are FOB Destination.
