- Synopsis for Operational Medical Direction and Support Program General Information: Solicitation: DE-RP52-09NA29311 Type of Action: Presolicitation Notice Title: Operational Medical Direction and Support Program Primary POC: Chandrabally S. Singh Set Aside: Competitive Small Business NAICS Code 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction Description: The Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) anticipates issuing a solicitation for Operational Medical Direction and Support Program. NNSA is contemplating award of a contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor Hour (LH) Contract Line Items for NNSAs Office of Secure Transportation (OST). This is anticipated to be a 5-year contract. This acquisition has been set aside for Small Business firms. The anticipated RFP release time is June 2009. Place of performance will be at contractors or Government facility at the option of the Government. The solicitation, when issued, is anticipated to be a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is anticipated this will be a FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisition. Best value is anticipated to be the method of contractor selection. The NAICS code is 611699 All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction and the Size Standard is $7,000,000 in annual revenues. This announcement does not constitute a RFP and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The solicitation and all amendments will be available for viewing on IIPS http://e-center.doe.gov/. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. All potential offerors are reminded in accordance with FAR 52.212-01; Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, the lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
