Description
Sketch of site layout Knox City Wage Determination Provide and install a 30 foot by 48 foot greenhouse on a reinforced concrete slab, complete with electrical and plumbing. Provide and install shade covering on an existing shade frame. Provide and install a concrete walkway between the two structures. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Amendment 001 corrected the description of the covering of the greenhouse. The covering for the greenhouse has been changed to read "corrugated polycarbonate with radiation diffusing pigmentation" without a requirement for the thickness of the polycarbonate. The requirements for radiation diffusion, light transmission and warranties are not changed. See the revised Statement of Work, attached. Amendment 002 provides a revised Statement of Work (attached), and answers to questions from vendors (below). Q.1. Are utilities available on site for contractor's use during construction? A.1. Yes, water an electrical power are available on site for contractor's use during construction. Sanitary facilities must be provided by the contractor as stated. Q.2. What surface finish is desired for concrete work? A.2. Medium broom finish on the top surface of all concrete work. Q.3. How high above ground level should the floor of the greenhouse be? A.3. The greenhouse floor and the propane tank pad should be approximately three inches above ground level. Ammendment 003 provides the applicable Wage Determination for Knox County, and a sketch of the site layout.
