Description

Printing specification for Program 2562-S. Single award term contract for 1 year, July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 for Department of Commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of multiple-part carbonless sets, with or without stubs, requiring such operations as copy pickup, electronic prepress, reproducibles, proofs, printing, binding, packing, and distribution.. Approximately 79 orders. Award in 4 categories. Category I: Up to and including 10,000 sets. Category II: Over 10,000 sets, up to and including 100,000 sets. Category III: Over 100,000 sets, up to and including 1,000,000 sets. Category IV: Over 1,000,000 sets, up to and including 10,000,000 sets. 2-part to 5-part sets printing one or two sides in up to three colors of ink. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 8-1/2 x 14" or 14 x 8-1/2". Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Jeffersonville, IN and Suitland, MD and f.o.b. contractor's city for other locations. Production time 5 to 20 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
